We’ve included some of our favorite resources below, but we encourage you to do your own exploring of each site and to reach out to local and national resources that really speak to you. We know there’s no “one size fits all” solution to mental illness, but we hope to help as many people better understand it and get the help they need.

Remember, you are not alone. Our community has resources to help those who are troubled and may have thoughts of suicide. Take this first step. Pastors and school counselors can offer a free voucher to children in Yellowstone County who are 18 or younger. Please use this link to contact us to request a free voucher. We know one visit will not solve the problem, but it can be a valuable first step to getting help.
